First, Let’s Talk

The first step is reaching out to us via our website form or a phone call. The next step is to meet in person at your home or land.

At this first meeting, we want to make sure that our process is right for you and your project. We will also explain the PSA (Professional services agreement) and how that enables us to provide the best experience to you.

Design

At this point, we begin the pre-construction process. You will be given access to our online Project Management software. All selections can be made here, and all important communication will take place here. We will develop a clear scope of work with specifications and your selections.

We will finalize plans and drawings, help you make selections, and specify exactly what we will be using to build your new home, or transform your current one.

Construction Agreement

With our detailed scope complete, and selections made, we will create a construction agreement (contract), to be signed by you and a representative of Bigfoot Builders. We will confirm a project schedule so you can make any arrangements necessary. Materials with long lead times will be ordered in preparation for the start date.

The Fun Part!

Finally! Our crew and our trusted family of subcontractors will respect your property and your neighbors during construction. We'll keep your schedule and daily log updated in our online project-management system, including progress photos — so you can check in on your project anytime, from any device.

Almost Done…

As the project nears completion, we will go through the project close out process. We want to insure you are happy with the work that was done. We will walk you through use of any systems we have installed, like heating, cooling, or appliances.
